The Speaker,Oyo State House of Assembly, Honourable Adebo Ogundoyin, has extended warm congratulations to the lawmaker representing Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency, Honourable Akinola Adekunle Alabi, on his installation as Jagun Olubadan of Ibadanland.
Honourable Akin Alabi’s elevation to this prestigious traditional title took place on Friday, May 23, 2025, at the Olubadan Palace, Oke Aremo, Ibadan.
The ceremony was presided over by the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba (Dr) Akinloye Owolabi Olakulehin.
Honourable Ogundoyin, described the installation of Honourable Akin Alabi as Jagun Olubadan as a well-deserved honor and the recognition of his impact on Ibadanland.

Ogundoyin further commended Honourable Akin Alabi’s commitment to youth empowerment, emphasizing that his new role within the Ibadan chieftaincy structure would serve as another avenue for him to advance the interests of the people.
