The chairman of Nigerian Union of Journalists NUJ Oyo State, Chief Demola Babalola has announced the death of his mother, Mama Wulemot Aweni Babalola.
Dembab as fondly called made the announcement on his official Facebook page, on Sunday morning, hinted that the Matriarch of Muraina Oladiti Babalola’s Family died on Saturday.
He wrote

*A Matriarch of Muraina Oladiti Babalola’s Family, Mama passed on, on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at the age of 76 years*.

• *Date: Today, Sunday, November 3, 2024*
• *Time: 4:00 pm
• Location: Family House, Olorunsogo-Akanran Road, Palupo Community, Asegun Group of Schools, Asolo Bus Stop, Ibadan*
*She is survived by the Children, Grandchildren, and Great Grandchildren*
*Mama was a devout Muslim and respected Otun Iya Adeen of Palupo Muslim Community, Ona Ara Local Government Area of Oyo State*.
